The first ski and snowboarding session went very well. We had amazing weather, with blue skies and no wind. Ben, Ruairidh, Cara and Sophie went skiing. Ben said it Goose Gully was phenomenal! You have to try it yourself." Rhuaridh like skiing a lot too. Rose, Andrew, Maia, Harvey and Malu went snowboarding for the first time. Rose said, 'it was fantastic!" Maia pointed out that falling over was a bit sore. I think she will try not to fall next time.
Jesus' Christmas Party
The children performed 'Jesus' Christmas Party' nativity play for the parents in the village hall on Monday evening the 16th of December. On the last day of term, we performed our nativity play again in St Margaret's Church Roy Bridge on the afternoon of the 20th December. After the performance the blessing of the crib took place with Father Wynne.
On Thursday the 12th of December, the whole school traveled to Inverness to see Sleeping Beauty at Eden Court. We all enjoyed a delicious meal before the performance. Ice cream and goodie bags were provided by the school enterprise committee. A wonderful time was had by all
Parent helpers came into class to help children make Christmas crafts for the Christmas Fayre. The Roy Bridge Primary Stall proved very successful selling jams chutneys decorations, sewing kits and the school calender.
